In every lecture, mentorship, or corporate program, my mission is simple: to inspire conscious choices and strengthen leadership that drives real impact. From London to Rio, and anywhere in the world, I believe that diversity and authenticity are the keys to transforming careers, companies, and societies.

Struggles and Challenges
for Women’s Rights
I am a postgraduate student at UCL (University College London), a Professor with a PhD at LARES/UFRJ, and a Lecturer with a Master’s degree in the MBA of Diversity and Social Impact at PUC Rio. Founder of Trilhas de Impacto, I have spent more than a decade developing leaders committed to building a fairer and more inclusive world.
My journey combines academic knowledge and corporate practice: from individual mentoring to large-scale programs, uniting employability, female empowerment, diversity, and inclusion.
I believe achieving financial independence is possible — and that the path to get there can (and should) be strategic, inspiring, and smooth.
